Our most effective approach combines dry needling with hands-on treatments that target both the cause of your pain and the tight muscles keeping it there.

Dry Needling

Deep Tissue Treatment

Myofascial Release

Fascia is the thin web of tissue that surrounds and supports your muscles. When it becomes tight, it can restrict movement and cause pain. Myofascial release uses slow, gentle pressure to ease that tightness and restore comfortable motion.

Neuromyofascial Therapy

This approach focuses on how your nerves, muscles, and connective tissues work together. By releasing tight areas and retraining movement, we help your body move more freely and reduce nerve irritation that may be contributing to pain.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger points are small knots in muscles that can cause pain in other areas of the body. Applying pressure or using needling can deactivate these points, reducing referred pain and restoring normal muscle function.

Joint Mobilisation

Gentle, rhythmical movements are used to loosen stiff joints, improve flexibility, and reduce pain — without the cracking or forceful manipulation used in other methods.

Stretching

Your therapist may guide you through stretches that are active (you move), assisted (we help you move), or static (you hold the position). These stretches help relax tight muscles, improve flexibility, and prevent injury.

Exercise Therapy

We’ll prescribe simple, targeted exercises to strengthen weak areas, improve posture, and support recovery. These are tailored to your goals so you can stay pain-free between sessions.

Pain Education

Understanding how pain works can make a big difference to recovery. We’ll explain what’s happening in plain language so you can feel more in control and less anxious about your symptoms.

Lifestyle & Nutrition Advice

Sometimes pain lingers because of daily habits, stress, or diet. We’ll give you practical advice on posture, sleep, and basic nutrition to help reduce inflammation, support healing, and prevent pain from returning.
